This is a community for reviews only. Not for questions on makers of commissions or in tracking down commissions or makers. It is also not the place to review a customer. It's a review of products and those who sell them only. Only fursuits and fursuit pieces. No fursuit badges, plushies, etc.

This is also not the place for personal vendettas.
Comments stating a point of view are fine, but personal drama is not welcome. Keep it on topic.

Reviews are accepted for any fursuit item from any maker – professional or hobbiest - but only from the customer. 3rd party reviews are not accepted. The transaction must be complete before you submit a review. Any reviews intended to ‘hurry the artist along’ will be rejected.

The community is public but posts are moderated to keep out the personal anger crap. This is not a snark community.

Also keep in mind that while not everyone deserves rainbows and roses, you better have a good reason to give a really poor grade. If they were late for a deadline because you didn't tell them about it until 3 days before or because you were late in giving your final payment, then that's not the artist's fault. Every transaction is 50/50 so make sure your own actions were on the level first.

And if you've received an item you're not happy with (sizing issue. An item arriving broken. The zipper is on the front when you wanted it on the back. Etc), we expect you've at least tried to get in contact with the artist so they can try to fix it or offer compensation. If you don't tell them, they might not know they did anything to upset you.

Cut large photos or link them.

---

Please tag your entries using the tags supplied. Tag with the year the item was made (leave off if you do not know), the maker's name, the item type(s), and whether it was a gift/commission/trade.

If your needed tag does not exist yet (such as a maker who has not been featured yet), then leave that tag off and a maintainer will come by and add it to your entry when they link it in the memories.

Recommended Grading system:

5

You had no problems and perhaps even feel like they went the extra mile for you. Someone you would recommend to all your friends. You are very happy with the service, workmanship, and look of your order.

Even if there was a screw up, feel free to give a perfect 5 if you feel the artist handled it correctly/gave you proper compensation.

4

Almost perfect. The artist was polite and the product is very good. But there were a couple niggling things that stopped it from being a perfect experience. It took a bit longer to finish then they said it would or you had to send it back because it was nicely made but just a bit too small.

It was not a bad experience by any means, and you would commission them again, but there are a couple things they can work on.

3

So-So. The product is good but it’s not quite what you were expecting based on their other work. It took longer than they said it would to finish. It doesn't quite look like the concept art.

You are happy with your purchase but feel that they could have done better.

2

Unimpressed. It's wearable, but could have been constructed much better. It fits badly. It doesn't look like the concept art at all. You're not very happy about the experience and kinda wish you'd spent the money on something else.

1

Deadlines were missed. Workmanship is bad. The item you received is very disappointing. It's not worth what you paid for it and it's perhaps even unwearable. Communications was poor, the artist was rude and doesn't seem to even care that you're unhappy. You will not recommend them until they clean up their act a lot.

Do NOT approach this commissioner under any circumstances. They cheat or lie or otherwise cannot be trusted.
